Not at all. The phone arrives fully set up. They just plug it in and pick up when it rings. Everything else is handled through your app or dashboard.

You’ll get a summary of all screened calls. If something important was held back, just tap to approve it — and it won’t be blocked again.

Yes. The app lets you add contacts, review call history, and get alerts. You can also temporarily pause screening if you know a new number will be calling.
